1. Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Marketing

Experience Required: 5+ years in logistics or freight marketing

Reports To: Director - Marketing / Co-founder


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and onboard high-value B2B corporate clients in freight, logistics, and international shipping.


Lead strategic partnerships and alliances across industries.


Build and manage strong client pipelines using structured outreach.


Represent Aetheris Kargo at key client meetings, expos, and logistics events.


Collaborate with operations and CX teams to ensure seamless customer service.

What We're Looking For:


Proven success in corporate client acquisition in logistics.


Strong network in relevant industries like manufacturing, pharma, e-commerce, or freight.


Comfortable with digital tools and CRM platforms.


A deal-closer with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
