VBSB & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy & Business Consulting firm expanding into the IT domain with products and tools focused on finance, compliance, and operations. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Professional to lead the promotion, branding, and market outreach for our IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies for IT products (SaaS/finance tools).
Identify target market segments, user personas, and promotional channels.
Develop scripts and storyboards for promotional videos.
2.
Video Creation & Editing
Shoot, edit, and produce short promotional videos, product demo videos, and client testimonials.
Create reels, shorts, and explainer videos for social media.
3.
Product Promotion
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and relevant platforms.
Create product presentations, pitches, and brochures for clients.
Coordinate product demos, webinars, and awareness sessions.
4.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate qualified leads through outreach and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with sales/business development teams to convert leads.
Track and report lead pipeline performance.
Schedule and coordinate product demos for interested clients.
5.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Study market trends, competitor tools, and customer pain points.
Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback and market needs.
6.
Client Relationship Management
Engage with potential clients for queries, demos, and after-demo follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and communicate insights to the product team.
7.
Coordination With Internal Teams
Work with development, product management, and consulting teams to align marketing efforts.
Provide feedback on product features, pricing, and market positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
0-1 years' experience in marketing (preferably IT, SaaS, FinTech, or B2B).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical IT tools and explain them in simple terms.
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), analytics, and lead management tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in

Knowledge of CA/finance services ecosystem.
