Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, enhance public awareness, and strengthen the hospital's brand. This role requires both field and office-based work, engaging with doctors, patients, corporate clients, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services. Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Conduct field visits to generate referrals and increase patient footfall. Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives. Manage the hospital's social media presence and digital marketing activities. Create and distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.). Liaise with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance companies for empanelment and tie-ups. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance. Organize and attend conferences, seminars, and other promotional events. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or service industry marketing (hospital experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools. Willingness to travel locally for field visits and outreach programs.
