Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and coordinating the company's overall marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on offline marketing, campaign execution, inter-department coordination, and vendor management. This role does not involve social media content creation or influencer management, which are handled by the Social Media Marketing & Content Strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall Marketing Execution
Execute approved marketing plans and campaigns across online and offline channels
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout
Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches
2. Offline & Retail Marketing
Own store branding, POS materials, in-store visibility, hoardings, exhibitions, and events
Coordinate printing, fabrication, installation, and execution timelines
Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing materials
3. Performance & Digital Support (Non-Content)
Coordinate paid marketing activities (Meta, Google, marketplaces) with agencies or vendors
Track performance metrics and prepare execution-level reports
Share insights with the Social Media Strategist for content alignment
4. Vendor & Internal Coordination
Liaise with vendors, agencies, printers, and event partners
Coordinate with sales, retail, logistics, and warehouse teams for marketing requirements
Manage timelines, approvals, and execution follow-ups
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain marketing activity trackers, calendars, and execution checklists
Track marketing expenses and assist in budget monitoring
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing execution reports
Candidate Profile:
2- 4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or retail marketing
Exposure to both offline and basic digital marketing activities
Strong coordination and execution skills
Good communication and vendor management ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Detail-oriented with a practical, execution-focused mindset
Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday: 9hrs within 9:00 AM -7:30 PM (Flexible Working Hours
2nd & 4th Saturday off
Salary Package:
