Job Responsibilities:

? Plan and execute marketing activities to promote company products and services

? Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities

? Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns

? Coordinate with sales and internal teams for lead generation and business growth

? Support digital marketing activities (social media, email marketing, promotions, etc.)

? Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and MIS

? Participate in branding, promotional events, and customer engagement activities

? Maintain good relationships with clients, associates, vendors, and channel partners

? Arrange international office tours, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and

travel coordination for management and team members.

Required Skills & Competencies:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies

? Ability to analyse market data and prepare reports

? Good presentation and coordination skills

? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

? Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Candidate Profile:

? MBA Marketing (Freshers welcome)

? 0 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience

? Candidates with strong analytical and communication skills will be preferred

? Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
