Coordinate new menu development, updates, pricing and launches on POS systems and aggregator platforms.
Manage menu design, printing, dispatch and ensure brand consistency and accurate visuals across all menus.
Coordinate packaging design and production for bulk packs and new initiatives, ensuring availability and brand alignment.
Coordinate design, printing and dispatch of marketing materials such as posters and in-store promotions.
Ensure timely updates of in-store digital screens.
Support marketing requirements for events, activations and local initiatives, including those in Mangalore.
Plan and execute store events, product launches and festive activations, ensuring smooth on-ground execution.
Manage timelines, approvals and deliverables for collaborations and act as the single point of contact for PR.
Handle the brand's social media accounts and execute content calendars while maintaining brand tone and consistency.
Plan and coordinate monthly photoshoots, including briefs, logistics and asset management
Work closely with design, operations and vendors to track timelines and ensure timely execution.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Marketing, Branding, Communication or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in brand coordination, marketing or content-related roles.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good understanding of social media, branding, marketing communication and content execution.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, vendors and agencies.
Basic understanding of POS systems aggregator platforms and digital marketing channels is preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
