Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support lead generation activities and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales team to align marketing strategies
Manage promotional activities, events, and exhibitions
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and MIS
Handle digital marketing activities such as social media, email campaigns, and basic SEO (if applicable)
Support branding and communication initiatives

Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute
0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with internships can apply)
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
Good interpersonal and coordination skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
