Publish content on the website including research reports and blog posts in WordPress, ensuring proper formatting and SEO optimization
Manage website user administration including account setup, user permissions, and troubleshooting
Support email marketing through Pardot including building and scheduling marketing emails and newsletters, email automation workflows, list segmentation, and A/B testing
Write and optimize email and website copy for B2B audiences
Monitor lead scoring and qualification, routing leads to sales and troubleshooting automated workflows
Support webinar execution including registration pages, promotional emails, and post-event follow-up
Generate analytics reports tracking website, email, and webinar performance
Maintain central inboxes used for marketing emails; update contact records or create leads as needed based on out-of-office replies and direct responses.
Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
Success Measures:
Achieve 95% on-time delivery rate for website publishing and email deployment
Process and route qualified leads within 24 hours
Complete Pardot certification within first 90 days
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operations
Strong foundational understanding of B2B marketing principles
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce ideal)
Proficient in WordPress or similar content management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written communication skills for business audiences
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights
Self-motivated and eager to learn new marketing technologies
Basic HTML and Google Analytics experience is a plus
Interest in financial services and technology industry trends is a plus
