Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Marketing Executive

to support and execute our marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring marketing performance. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Manage and grow company presence on social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create marketing content including posts, captions, creatives, blogs, and promotional materials Coordinate with designers and vendors for creatives, videos, and campaign assets Support lead generation activities through online campaigns, email marketing, and promotions Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities Track campaign performance using basic analytics tools and prepare regular reports Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing Content creation and basic copywriting skills Familiarity with tools like Canva; basic video editing is an advantage Understanding of campaign management and performance tracking Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Preferred Experience

1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role Experience in handling social media accounts and marketing campaigns Exposure to lead generation or brand-building activities is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
