We are looking for a creative and execution-focused
Marketing Executive
to drive our digital presence, brand positioning, and content strategy. This role requires hands-on ownership of social media, design creatives, and marketing campaigns while working closely with leadership and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Plan, execute, and manage content across
LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, events, and brand goals
Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and optimize content strategies
Stay updated with platform trends and experiment with new content formats
Graphic Design & Creatives
Design high-quality graphics, videos, and motion creatives for social media and marketing campaigns
Maintain visual consistency with the brand's futuristic and tech-driven identity
Collaborate with technical teams to create explainers and demo visuals
Brand & Content Marketing
Write and edit compelling copy for posts, campaigns, website content, and announcements
Assist in planning integrated marketing campaigns and thought-leadership initiatives
Capture and curate behind-the-scenes content from labs, demos, and company events
Campaign & Growth Support
Support employer branding, hiring campaigns, and corporate communications
Assist in managing marketing assets and documentation
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required
Required Skills & Experience:
? Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
? 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
? Strong design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
? Good understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and short-form video formats
? Interest in robotics, AI, deep-tech, or futuristic products
? Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
