About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to lead and manage marketing initiatives across multiple Ghost Kitchens brands. If you love content, branding, and everything food + digital, this role is for you! You'll manage campaigns, drive visibility, and explore fresh ways to make each brand stand out online.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage monthly marketing & social media calendars for for multiple Ghost Kitchens brands, ensuring each aligns with its unique positioning and objectives. Lead shoots, conceptualize creative ideas, and create mood boards to support visual storytelling. Coordinate with designers, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of all creatives, menus, promotions, and brand updates. Oversee vlogger/influencer collaborations. Engage with customers across platforms through comments, DMs, and reviews to maintain a strong and positive brand presence. Conduct regular hygiene checks across all brand handles. Stay updated on food, social media & digital trends to bring fresh, relevant ideas for multi-brand content and campaigns. Work closely on ad campaigns - recommending strategies, creative formats, and optimization inputs for reach, orders, and overall brand growth. Track daily & weekly brand performance and share actionable insights for improving content, campaigns, and overall marketing efficiency. Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met consistently.

Loves social media, food, and creating content that actually grabs attention. Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with ease. Good grasp of social media analytics, insights, and platform performance metrics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
