Achieving quarterly targets.
Developing sales strategies to ensure attainment of sales goals in the assigned territory.
Leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve the company's overall sales objectives.
Participating in setting price strategies (increase/decrease) in coordination with the brand team.
Assisting in developing the marketing plan and ensuring its execution with the sales team.
Conducting market surveys and collecting information on main players, competitors, new products, etc.
Developing new channels/customers to ensure complete coverage of the area by channel/product category.
Initiating and coordinating the development of sales plans for existing and new customers/sectors.
