Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services, drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires creativity, strong communication, and a solid understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines. Assist in planning and executing email marketing, SMS campaigns, and promotional activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights. Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to support marketing initiatives. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Manage branding and promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and social media creatives. Support in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Maintain CRM data and assist with lead generation activities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Prepare reports on marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing). Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar. Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
