Job Title - Management Executive - Sales and Marketing

Job Location - Vasai East

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or related field

2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Experience with social media

Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity

skills

Role Purpose:

Works directly with CEO, Sunil Paul Nilayattingal, who has extensive

expertise in International Sales and Marketing in corporate and industry on

the development and execution of a new marketing strategy for JAP

ENGINEERING PVT LTD.

1. Research Develop and Conceptualize a marketing campaign with

defined objectives and ability to measure desired outcomes.

2. Implementation of marketing plans, including promotional materials,

advertising opportunities and client acquisition.

3. Content: Responsible for Creation and Management of all marketing

content, including print media, brochures, media collaterals, media

advertising spots, website content, social media accounts, etc.

4. Coordinates with internal and external agencies to manage company

marketing budget, achieve marketing objectives, execute marketing

plans, and organise effective roadshows.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Lead generation

2. Direct marketing - Inside sales activities (digital and otherwise)

3. Indirect marketing strategies (digital and otherwise)

4. Compile/maintain the sales funnel and track progress of leads through

the sales life cycle stages "hunting" and "farming".

5. Travel to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry

events, seminars

6. Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or

changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.

7. Point of contact with marketing agencies.

8. Reporting weekly updates and milestone tracking

9. Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,065.36 per month
