Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Aurangabad

Requisites:

Qualifications: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications. Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns (both digital and offline).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.

Data-driven with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, social media, etc.).

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Manage and optimize the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with current and potential customers.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to create aligned marketing campaigns.

Create and manage content for blogs, email newsletters, website, and social media.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Develop creative assets (ads, brochures, presentations, etc.) in collaboration with design teams.

Plan and execute events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences.

Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
