Job Summary
Responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing activities such as road shows, promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and customer engagement events to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and execute road shows, stall setups, and on-ground promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors, event teams, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
Handle brand promotion, leaflet distribution, product demos, and crowd engagement.
Identify high-footfall locations and propose campaign strategies.
Track campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly activity reports.
Manage manpower during events and ensure discipline and branding guidelines.
Travel to different locations for campaigns as required.
Communicate effectively with potential customers and generate leads.
Ensure all marketing materials, banners, and equipment are ready and maintained.
Requirements
Male candidates only.
12th/Graduate in any stream.
1-2 years' experience in field marketing, promotions, events, or road shows.
Strong communication and public engagement skills.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
Energetic personality with good coordination and execution skills.
Ability to manage on-ground teams and handle pressure.
