1. Position Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing & Branding

- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.

- Assist in brand-building initiatives.

- Coordinate with creative agencies for design and promotional materials.

B. Digital Marketing

- Manage online presence including website and social media.

- Create and schedule social media posts.

- Track analytics and performance metrics.

- Run digital campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, etc.

C. Lead Generation & Promotions

- Conduct market research.

- Plan promotional events and exhibitions.

- Support sales team with collaterals.

D. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with internal teams.

- Maintain marketing data and MIS reports.

- Submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

3. Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication skills.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools.

- Creativity and design sense.

- Market trend awareness.

- MS Office proficiency.

4. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business.

- 1-3 years marketing experience preferred.

- Freshers with creative skills may apply.

5. Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel.

- Flexibility to work weekends during campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
