Key Responsibilities:
oDevelop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
oBuild and maintain relationships with clients through networking and prospecting activities.
oPromote brand awareness through consistent marketing efforts and campaigns.
oCreate innovative marketing materials and content for the website, social media, and other platforms.
oHandle social media management -- including content planning, posting, engagement, and campaign performance tracking.
oDesign creatives and promotional materials using Canva and other design tools.
oAssist in content creation for digital campaigns, blogs, and marketing collaterals.
oManage and coordinate with vendors for events, printing, and marketing collateral requirements.
oSupport overall marketing operations, including advertising, optimization, direct marketing, and event planning.
oCollaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
o0.6-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
oStrong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
oProficiency in Canva, MS Office, and basic design principles.
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
oCreative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
oAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
oKnowledge of online marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
