We're looking for an organized and action-oriented
Marketing Executive
who thrives on managing marketing operations, vendor coordination, and exhibition activities. This role is ideal for someone who loves getting things done -- from planning event logistics to ensuring every marketing campaign runs smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Exhibition & Event Management
Coordinate all marketing activities for exhibitions -- from registrations and paperwork to booth requirements.
Liaise with vendors for printing, gifting, and promotional materials.
Ensure all creatives, catalogs, and collaterals are designed, printed, and delivered before deadlines.
Manage on-ground marketing support and handle any operational needs during the exhibition.
Post-exhibition: compile and categorize leads with sales team input and maintain a structured lead database.
Marketing Operations & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the point of contact for marketing vendors (printing, creatives, gifting, etc.).
Track project progress, ensure timely approvals, and maintain delivery quality.
Support the marketing team in ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams for approvals, vendor communication, and marketing material dispatch.
Marketing Support & Reporting
Maintain and update the
Lead Master Excel Sheet
and ensure all campaign leads are recorded accurately.
Assist in creating marketing performance reports, event summaries, and vendor trackers.
Support digital marketing activities by learning and using tools like
Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics
, and other platforms.
Required Skills & Attributes
Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and vendor management skills.
Good command over Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.
Deadline-driven with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and contribute to creative execution.
Prior experience in marketing coordination or event management is an advantage.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong organization skills may apply).
