Job Description

Marketing Executive develops, implements, and manages digital marketing strategies across channels to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy:

- Craft and execute digital marketing plans aligning with business goals.

- Identify target audiences and effective channels.

2. Channel Management:

- Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).

- Handle email marketing campaigns.

- Work on SEO for website visibility.

3. Content & Creatives:

- Develop engaging digital content (blogs, social posts, videos).

- Collaborate on graphics, ads creatives.

4. Performance Analysis:

- Track campaign performance via analytics (Google Analytics).

- Report on KPIs: traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, ROI.

5. Lead Generation & Conversion:

- Implement tactics for lead gen and conversion optimization.

6. Collaboration:

- Work with sales, content, design teams for cohesive efforts.

Requirements:1. Digital Skills:

- Proficiency in digital channels: social media, email, SEO/PPC.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads.

2. Content Creation:

- Ability to create engaging digital content.

3. Analytical Skills:

- Comfort with data analysis, interpreting metrics.

- Good communication for collaboration, reporting.
