Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Sales & Marketing Executive

to drive business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and the execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT products and services and be able to communicate their value effectively to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :Sales Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, emails, and social media. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and present suitable IT solutions (software, services, products). Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demos. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with the technical team for customized solution delivery.

Marketing Responsibilities:



Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, SEO, social media, etc.). Support content creation (blogs, case studies, social posts) to attract and engage prospects. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and networking events. Track and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of IT solutions like software development, SaaS, cloud, or managed services is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in B2B IT sales or enterprise solutions. Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and email marketing. Exposure to international markets is a plus. Proficiency in using tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management platforms.

Pay: ₹8,974.70 - ₹35,047.35 per month
