Plan and implement marketing campaigns for both retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
Manage social media presence and create engaging content aligned with brand values.
Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to develop promotional materials.
Execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, paid ads).
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and improvements.
Support influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives to expand reach.
Organize and execute in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
Assist in building customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
Creativity in content creation and campaign design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
