Marketing / business studies degree

Plan & Implement Communication and media strategy

Manage communication budget (across media) Media buying agencies

Evaluate and communicate competitor presence & activities on offline & online medium on quarterly basis

Manage ongoing paid media programs to meet targets of traffic, conversion rate, and sales goals across email, SEM, SEO and Retargeting, collaboration with the Marketing team

Timely report performance against KPIs and action plans to the management

Define, support and coordinate the retention strategy

Manage all direct mail activity

Work closely with the Senior Retention Manager on developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our Top clients

Working with the Analytical team to look at campaigns results, add feedback to drive insights and recommendations and communicate it clearly and accurately back to the business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
