Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
Coordinate with external vendors for branding, events, signage, digital, and print materials.
Manage and monitor site branding, hoardings, brochures, and on-site promotional materials.
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities within budget.
Work closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and align marketing strategies.
Assist in organizing property exhibitions, channel partner meets, and client engagement events.
Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Maintain strong vendor relations and negotiate for the best pricing and quality.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
