Qualifications

Any Graduate

MBA / BBA in Marketing (preferred)

Experience:

2 to 4 years in marketing, sales, or business development

CTC Offered: ?30,000 - ?35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.

Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings.

Generate leads through various offline and online marketing channels.

Recruit, train, and manage a marketing team; set and monitor individual targets.

Drive business growth through corporate memberships, sponsorships, advertisements, and other revenue streams.

Conduct relationship-building and networking activities.

Create and maintain an organized CRM database for marketing.

Willingness to travel for outstation marketing activities and events.
