We are seeking a creative and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to develop impactful content and drive marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns, strengthening brand narratives, and executing digital strategies. The role includes both online and on-ground engagement to increase brand visibility and generate successful customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and channel networks.
Contribute to brand positioning, digital communication, and lead-generation strategies.
Create engaging content across social media, blogs, and video formats.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Track and analyze content performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for brand growth.
Requirements
Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines.
0-18 months of experience in sales and/or marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, basic video editing tools).
Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset.
