Our solutions cater to OEMs, product designers, automotive, electronics, medical devices, and consumer goods industries. We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Professional to help expand our B2B presence, generate leads, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
Identify new B2B business opportunities in target industries.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Develop marketing strategies tailored to industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Approach OEMs, product developers, and SMEs with manufacturing requirements.
Convert inquiries into confirmed projects by highlighting company capabilities.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Act as the first point of contact for technical discussions, coordinating with the production/technical team.
Marketing & Branding
Manage digital marketing (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, B2B platforms).
Prepare marketing collaterals, presentations, and case studies.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with design, production, and finance teams to align on customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of B2B marketing/sales experience in manufacturing, plastics, tooling, or engineering services (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical manufacturing processes and explain them in client-friendly terms.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
