Responsibilities:

College Visits:

Plan and execute visits to colleges to promote IQCTS Academy's programs and establish partnerships with educational institutions.

Seminars:

Coordinate and schedule seminars at colleges to showcase the benefits of our training and development courses.

Lead Collection:

Actively engage with students during college visits and seminars to collect leads for potential enrolments.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with college staff, professors, and students to enhance our presence in the education sector.

Marketing Material Distribution:

Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items during college visits and seminars.

Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from students and college representatives to assess the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and make necessary improvements.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the education sector to inform our marketing approach.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Initiative:

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Team Player:

Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and achieve overall organizational goals.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
