Job description:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, field-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to generate high-quality leads through door-to-door marketing and physical outreach across targeted commercial and business zones. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our network of local players, brands, corporates, and investors for real estate leasing, sales, franchises, investment, and collaboration deals.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Offline Lead Generation
Visit local markets, business clusters, corporates, and properties for direct outreach.
Conduct door-to-door marketing and field activation for property-related opportunities.
2. Business Development
Identify and initiate contact with local brands, investors, shop owners, and corporates.
Present company services and convert interest into warm leads for internal teams.
3. Brand & Service Promotion
Distribute marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, and service profiles.
Clearly communicate offerings related to leasing, sale, franchise, collaboration, and investment.
4. Territory Planning
Strategically plan and cover commercial areas, upcoming developments.
Track and maintain structured territory visits and follow-up calendar.
5. Market Research
Gather information on market demand, vacant properties, business expansion needs, and competitor activities.
6. Reporting
Submit daily/weekly lead reports, field visit logs, and territory updates.
Maintain and update CRM or internal lead management tools regularly.
7. Coordination
Work closely with the Sr management to pass qualified leads and follow up on outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
