Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate
new leads
through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Understand customer requirements and explain company
products/services
Assist in
sales pitch, presentations, and demos
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain
lead status
Update and manage leads in
CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for deal closures
Support in preparing
proposals, quotations, and reports
Conduct basic
market and competitor research
Achieve assigned
daily/weekly activity targets
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong interest in
sales & business development
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Confidence in speaking with customers over phone
Quick learner with result-oriented mindset
Ability to handle rejection positively
Team player with professional attitude
Educational Qualification
Any
Graduate / Final-Year Student
(BBA, BCom, MBA, Engineering, or related fields)
MBA Marketing / Sales students preferred (but not mandatory)*
