Job Description

Office Amin - Duties and Responsibilities1. Administrative Support



Maintain office files, records, and registers Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, files) Assist senior officers in daily administrative work

2. Office Management



Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office Manage office supplies and stationery Maintain office cleanliness and discipline (coordination role)

3. Documentation & Record Keeping



Prepare reports, notices, and official documents Maintain attendance registers and office logs Keep confidential records securely

4. Clerical Work



Data entry and updating records (manual or computer-based) Typing letters, applications, and official notes Filing and indexing documents properly

5. Coordination & Communication



Coordinate between departments, staff, and visitors Guide visitors and respond to general inquiries Assist in meetings and official events

6. Financial & Accounts Support (if assigned)



Assist in bill preparation, vouchers, and expense records Maintain petty cash records Support accounts or finance section

7. Compliance & Assistance



Follow office rules, government regulations, and procedures Support audits and inspections Perform any other duties assigned by senior ?????????? (officers)

Pay: ₹9,754.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
