Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to reach new customers and retain existing ones
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Manage and optimize our website, social media, and email marketing channels
Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted promotional materials and offers
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and report on ROI
Stay within budget and make cost-effective marketing decisions
Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners and suppliers
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and ensure marketing strategies are compliant with relevant regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
2+ years of marketing experience in the travel industry
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and ROI growth
Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms)
Strong understanding of the travel industry and current market trends
Nice to Have:
Experience with content creation (writing, graphic design, video production)
Knowledge of SEO principles and search engine marketing
Certification in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot)
