Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive specializing in Lead Generation to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and support overall business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.

Duties



Generate Leads for the company Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns focusing on lead generation through SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing strategies. Manage advertising sales initiatives including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising to maximize outreach and engagement. Create compelling content for various platforms using copywriting skills and Adobe Creative Suite tools to attract potential clients. Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies accordingly. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to identify new opportunities for lead acquisition. Manage website content using WordPress and basic HTML skills to ensure SEO best practices are applied for increased visibility. Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches. Prepare budgets for campaigns, track expenditures, and report on ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.

Probation period of 3 months Stipend for probation period - 15,000 INR Full time opportunity after probation period up to 4LPA

Experience



Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation strategies across B2B or e-commerce sectors. Strong background in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML basics, and email marketing tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics is essential. Excellent research skills combined with copywriting expertise to craft engaging campaigns that convert prospects into leads. Prior experience in managing multichannel campaigns involving print advertising, digital channels, and product management is preferred.
