Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Enquiry Handling & Lead Validation

Validate and allocate enquiries received from all platforms including India Mart, Email, Website, WhatsApp, and direct calls.

Contact customers to cross-check and confirm technical requirements.

Ensure each enquiry is accurately categorized (product requirement, technical query, demo request, etc.).

2. Enquiry Allocation & Coordination

Allocate verified enquiries to the appropriate Sales Engineers based on region and product category.

Maintain coordination with the sales team to track lead progress and responses.

3. Follow-Up Management

Manage structured follow-ups with customers every 3-4 days to ensure continuous engagement.

Track quotation status, discussions, clarifications, and order finalisation.

Maintain follow-up records for internal review.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare enquiry allocation status, follow-up updates, and action reports.

Submit daily/weekly reports based on lead progress and customer interactions.

Use Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting (reports prepared by Uma in Excel).

Update and manage lead allocation through MS Outlook and shared sheets.

6. Customer Interaction & Communication

Handle customer communication via Email, Phone Calls, WhatsApp (including international customers), and Double Tick platform.

Provide basic product information and transfer technical requirements to the concerned team.

Ensure professional and timely responses to all customer inquiries.

7. Data Management Tools Used

Google Sheets for enquiry tracking and follow-up monitoring.

MS Excel for structured reports.

MS Outlook for lead allocation and communication.

WhatsApp & Double Tick for customer interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
