Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Promotion
Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and promote the company's vehicles.
Execute local marketing campaigns, roadshows, test-drive events, mall activations, and corporate outreach programs.
Ensure placement of marketing materials such as banners, standees, brochures, and display units at key touchpoints.
2. Dealer & Sales Support
Coordinate with sales teams and dealership staff to support lead generation and conversion.
Provide required marketing support to dealers--branding, signage, event setup, POS material distribution, etc.
Assist in planning monthly promotional activities based on dealer requirements.
3. Lead Generation & Customer Interaction
Engage with walk-in customers during field events and collect leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to potential buyers.
Follow up on leads and update data in CRM.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct surveys to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Report insights to management for strategy improvements.
Monitor competitor marketing strategies and promotional events.
5. Branding & Visibility Management
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all field marketing activities.
Maintain proper branding at dealerships, event locations, and partner outlets.
Implement outdoor branding like hoardings, display boards, and vehicle branding.
6. Event Execution & Coordination
Plan and organize local-level events, exhibitions, CSR
