Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations
Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a warm and positive experience.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with care and professionalism.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient flow within the facility.
Maintain patient satisfaction records and recommend improvements.
Build strong relationships with patients and families to enhance trust and comfort.
Tele-Calling & Follow-Up
Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service inquiries.
Provide clear information about services, procedures, offers, and events.
Manage patient leads, follow-up lists, and maintain accurate call records.
Marketing Activities
Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
Coordinate marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and brochures for events or clinic use.
Support event planning, health camps, community programs, and partnerships.
Conduct market research and gather insights to support marketing strategies.
Coordination & Leadership
Lead and guide the marketing and patient relations team.
Work closely with doctors, management, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain reports on patient satisfaction, call activity, and marketing performance.
Develop and implement ideas to improve patient experience and increase visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in patient relations, front office, customer service, or marketing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle patient issues calmly and professionally.
Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude.
