Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach programs, seminars, and events at schools and community centers to promote the school's offerings.
Organize school open days, admission drives, and community engagement activities.
Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers, parent groups, and local education authorities.
Assist in designing and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners in target areas.
Collect feedback from prospective students and parents and report market insights to the marketing and admissions teams.
Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with enrollment goals.
Track competitor activities and trends in the local education sector.
Maintain records of field marketing activities and prepare regular reports.
Represent the school professionally at community and educational events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or related field.
Minimum 02 years experience in field marketing, sales, or educational outreach preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and community engagement.
Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours during school events.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Skills:
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong organizational and event management abilities.
Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
