Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to promote hospital services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and medical practitioners. Organize and participate in health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and service catalogues. Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends and developments. Maintain a database of contacts and ensure timely follow-ups. Track leads, conversions, and referral feedback to improve service and outreach. Coordinate with the hospital team to ensure excellent service delivery to referred patients. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, targets, and achievements.

Requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for field visits). Proficiency in local language(s) and English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
