Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and personable

On-Field Sales & Marketing Assistant

to strengthen our relationships with builders, architects, and construction firms. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in expanding our market reach, nurturing leads, and ensuring top-of-mind recall for our premium range of doors and frames.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Visits:

Regularly visit construction sites, architect offices, and builder firms to introduce product range, share samples, and follow up on leads.

Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Identify potential projects, gather contact details, maintain a pipeline, and consistently follow up with prospects.

Product Presentation:

Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and customization options in a professional and persuasive manner.

Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and purchase decision-makers to drive repeat business.

Market Intelligence:

Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and upcoming construction projects to inform internal strategies.

Documentation Support:

Coordinate with the office team for quotations, measurement appointments, sample deliveries, and order documentation.

Reporting:

Maintain a daily visit log, client meeting summaries, and update the CRM or reporting system as per company protocol.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
