Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Identify and collect potential leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.

Outbound Calling:

actively call prospective clients to introduce Cosysta's services/products and qualify their interest.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule and coordinate appointments for virtual meetings.

Teleconferencing:

Conduct video calls and tele-conferences to present solutions and negotiate with clients.

Closing Deals:

effectively close sales and convert leads into active clients to meet monthly targets.

Follow-up:

Maintain regular contact with potential and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements



Language Skills:

Fluent

Hindi speaking is compulsory

. Must also have a good command of English (verbal and written).

Experience:

Previous experience in tele-sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport over the phone and video calls.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and basic computer applications.

Attitude:

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.
