Travlounge is expanding its B2B partner network across Kerala. We are hiring
Business Development Executives
to onboard cafes, restaurants, resorts, car wash centers, showrooms, and service businesses into our
subscription-based ecosystem
.
This is a
field-intensive, target-driven role
involving travel, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard B2B partner businesses
Conduct field visits across Kerala and close partnerships
Pitch Travlounge's services and subscription offerings
Build and manage client relationships
Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures
Maintain basic reports and attend weekly review meetings
Requirements
Minimum
1 year
experience in marketing or business development
(B2B preferred)
Willing to travel extensively across Kerala
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined
Comfortable working independently in the field
