Client Engagement:

Prospect, meet, and understand client needs for home/commercial interiors.

Sales & Consultation:

Advise on design options, materials, and products; present concepts and pricing.

Proposal & Closing:

Prepare quotes/proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.

Project Coordination:

Work with designers and installation teams for smooth project execution.

Client Management:

Build lasting relationships, provide post-sales support, and secure repeat business.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Reporting:

Track sales performance and manage client records.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Proven sales background, preferably in interiors, home furnishings, or related fields.

Knowledge:

Understanding of interior design principles, materials, products (modular kitchens, wardrobes), and execution.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Technical:

Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) may be required.

Attributes:

Target-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
