Marketing Executive

to support our marketing efforts and help drive brand visibility and customer engagement. You'll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels to support business growth.

Job Summary

As a Marketing Executive, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, support campaign execution, conduct market research, and help enhance our online and offline presence. This role is ideal for someone who has

at least 1 year of experience in marketing or experience within the IT / tech industry

, and who is eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and web. Support promotional activities and content creation (blogs, posts, graphics, newsletters). Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements. HRBLADE Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Help manage company social media accounts and community engagement. Assist with event coordination and promotional activities. Velvet Jobs Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience,

or experience in the

IT / technology industry.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (email, social media, analytics).

Preferred

Experience with CRM tools and analytics software. Event planning or campaign coordination experience. Velvet Jobs Familiarity with SEO, SEM, or content creation tools.
