Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to support our sales and branding activities. The role includes executing marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, coordinating field and digital activity, and improving brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services. Manage offline marketing initiatives to generate leads. Coordinate marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional events. Create and distribute marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, and social media content. Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, partners, and corporate networks. Track campaign performance, collect feedback, and prepare reports. Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up. Conduct field visits for promotions when required. Collaborate with the digital marketing team for ad campaigns and social media activities.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or brand promotion. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and MS Office. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel for field activities and promotions.
