Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our services, building client relationships, and driving business growth in Kozhikode. This role requires energy, creativity, and strong communication skills to represent the company effectively in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility in Kozhikode.
Identify and engage potential clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business development.
Organize promotional events, campaigns, and client meetings.
Collaborate with the Ernakulam head office team to align marketing goals.
Prepare reports on marketing activities and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction/civil industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and nearby regions.
