Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with potential customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Share insights with the Business Development Manager for strategy planning.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms with clients.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain lead log books, client visit logs, and daily activity reports.
Update CRM/ERP with all client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with Sales Manager, Marketing, and other departments for smooth execution of orders.
