Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic event management team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our events, build brand awareness, and drive ticket sales.



Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns (digital and offline) Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and website content Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote events, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and PR Track performance of campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports. Analyze event marketing metrics and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors.
Requirements:

Bachelor's/master's degree Proven experience in a marketing or similar role (1-3 years preferred) Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam/English.
