Key Responsibilities
Visit existing dealers on a daily route and
collect new orders
.
Identify and onboard
new dealers and clients
in the assigned territory.
Promote mattress products and communicate offers, features, and benefits.
Maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track competitor activity and share market updates with the management.
Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, order details, and field updates.
Achieve monthly targets assigned by the company.
Represent the brand professionally across all field interactions.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in field marketing / field sales (FMCG, retail, mattress, or related industries preferred).
Bike & valid driving licence are mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within Ernakulam and manage field routes efficiently.
Male candidates only.
Must be comfortable with
10 AM - 8:30 PM
work schedule.
Self-motivated, trustworthy, and target-driven.
Immediate joiners preferred.
