Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our Housekeeping and Security Guard services across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients (apartments, offices, malls, hospitals, etc.)

Explain company services and generate leads.

Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and referrals.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for management.

Coordinate with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Qualification: Any degree (MBA/Marketing preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years in marketing or sales (facility management or security services preferred).

Location: Ernakulam. Candidates must be able to commute independently. Food and accommodation are not provided by the company

Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Good communication in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
