Position Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote NIARC's programs, initiatives, and services. This role involves strengthening the organization's visibility, building partnerships, coordinating outreach campaigns, and supporting fundraising and CSR efforts through creative and impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities:1. Branding & Communication
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity and visibility across all platforms (print, digital, and social media).
Prepare marketing materials, brochures, newsletters, and success stories to communicate NIARC's impact.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for the creation of promotional assets, videos, and publications.
2. Outreach & Event Promotion
Support in planning and promoting organizational events, workshops, and campaigns.
Engage with local communities, schools, and partner institutions to promote NIARC's programs and initiatives.
Coordinate the creation of event posters, press releases, and post-event reports.
3. Donor & CSR Communication
Prepare presentations and marketing materials for CSR and donor engagement.
Assist in drafting concept notes and reports for project promotions and funding proposals.
Maintain communication with sponsors and collaborators to ensure visibility and reporting requirements are met.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct research on target audiences, donor trends, and competitor activities.
Support the leadership team in framing marketing strategies to enhance NIARC's social impact and program reach.
Track performance metrics and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
5. Supporting Empowerment & Social Entrepreneurship Units
Promote and support
Students and Parents Empowerment Units
by highlighting their achievements, initiatives, and success stories.
Assist in branding and marketing of NIARC's
social entrepreneurial units
(such as NEST Cafe, NEST Care Home projects, and mothers' livelihood initiatives).
Develop campaigns that position NIARC's empowerment programs as sustainable, community-driven social enterprises.
Coordinate marketing activities that enhance the visibility and sales of products/services developed under these initiatives.
6. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct research on market trends, donor behavior, and CSR opportunities to support strategy formulation.
Suggest innovative campaigns to improve program visibility and public engagement.
Support the leadership in developing long-term marketing and fundraising strategies aligned with NIARC's mission.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration
, or related field.
0-2 years of experience
in marketing, preferably in the
education, healthcare, or social development sector.
Preferred:
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or public relations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in
English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
